DRIVING
Any student with a valid
driver’s license may have a car
at school, with parental
permission, and necessary
information on file in the
office. The car is not to be
driven during the school day
without permission of the parent
and school.
Adherence to rules and
regulations to drive, park, and
access LMCA property is
expected. Driving is a
privilege-not a right– and the
rules have been made for safety
sake. Disciplinary action is
taken if problems arise with any
driver or passengers of any car
on LMCA property.
RULES:
1. Never
drive a vehicle that is not your
own designated one
2. Abide
by all state traffic laws and
campus posted signs
3. Never
block other cars and park
properly only in designated
areas
4. Do
not exceed 5mph in the parking
lot
5. Exhibitions
of noise, speed, or carelessness
will not be tolerated
6. Courteous
Christian behavior is expected
in the parking lot
7. A
valid driver’s license and proof
of insurance are necessary to
operate a vehicle on LMCA
property
8. Vehicles
may not be overcrowded, everyone
MUST be seat belted
9. Students
may not be transported in the
bed of a truck
Additional disciplinary action
as deemed necessary according to
administration
Along with DT-3 , consequences
include
· written
warning notice to parents
· Permit
suspended for a specified time
· Permit
revoked to repeat violators
