The
CLIF ministry at LMCA exists to
connect every parent to their
child’s classroom, their teacher
and the school community.
Classroom Leaders (CLIFs) are
parent volunteers, recommended
by teachers and staff and
approved by school
administration. CLIFs are
specially selected based on
their Christian testimony,
school involvement, and
commitment to the mission of
LMCA. Generally, new families
to LMCA are not selected to
serve in the CLIF ministry in
order to allow them to learn
more about the school and gain
some experience.
CLIF parents are an excellent
resource for parents throughout
the school year. CLIFs will
assist with communicating
important school and classroom
information, planning classroom
activities, and recruiting
parent volunteers for classroom
and school events.
Above all, CLIF is a ministry.
CLIFs seek to minister to the
families in their classrooms by
helping to develop relationships
between families through the
common bond of Christ.
